Dear valued WIN.O customers and supporters,

After three incredible years and more than 2,500 orders from over 1,100 customers, WIN.O’s e-commerce store is closing indefinitely. During this time, we proudly served customers across New Zealand, and as far afield as Norway and North Dakota, delivering hundreds of SnackPacks and distributing a unique range of discs, accessories, and collectibles.

All outstanding orders and pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, in line with the stated delivery timeframes. Valid gift certificates can still be redeemed at select on-site vending locations until the end of the 2025 Tour Down Under season.

I am currently considering a few options for the future of WIN.O, which includes selling the business and supporting a new owner to rebrand and revitalise the e-commerce store, transitioning to a different business model, or potentially winding things down. If you or someone you know is interested in discussing these ideas and opportunities, I’d love to hear from you.
